7 Days Returnable :

This item is eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

You can also return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with the outer box or case, user manual, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.


General Rules for a Successful Return

  • In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  • During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or Damaged Product, you will be given a refund next 4 to 5 Working Days. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
  • As a courtesy, we request all our clients to take a video of the package they have received while they are opening it. if you don't have an opening video then we will not provide replacement products...This is in regards to resolving any further issues in relation to defect/damage or misplacement of items shipped

  • Can I return My Order?

    Yes. A return can be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item.

    If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement may not be available, We will refund you the Full Amount.

    Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. (Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.)


    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund yet,
    • first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
